Marina Village groundworks (2004) involved various projects, including Carmines, Seafire, and Café Martinique, showcasing exceptional Bahamas construction. Renovations & Upgrades
Lagoon, Ocean, and Old Reef Renovations are part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the Bahamas construction landscape. The Coral Tower Pool is receiving updates alongside the Coral Tower Renovation, while the East & West Tower Room Renovations focus on modern interior design renovation techniques. Additionally, the Cove Tower will feature updates in all rooms, and the Reef Tower will also see improvements, including exquisite stone and tile work.
Amenities & Public Areas
Reef & Cove amenities (2007) feature a variety of highlights, including The NAVE, check-in areas, and Starbucks locations at Reef, Coral, and Marina Village. The Cove Lobby, part of The NAVE, was also completed in 2007. Additionally, the stunning cabanas at The Cove showcase exquisite interior design renovations, emphasizing the quality of stone and tile work, which is a hallmark of Bahamas construction.
Casino & Luxury Retails
Rolex, Cartier (Atlantis & Baha Mar), David Yurman, and John Bull are all part of the luxurious offerings at the Atlantis Casino, which is undergoing an impressive renovation. Complete stone and tile work for all residential condo buildings (1–10) in the Bahamas construction sector, featuring all interior and exterior finishes, amenities, and common spaces. Residential Lots 5, 6, 8, 104, 112 (multi-phase) are designed with a focus on interior design renovation.
Ocean Club
Ocean Club Estates features the Dunes Restaurant, showcasing exquisite stone and tile work in its finishes. Since 2013, all Ocean Club rooms have undergone significant interior design renovations, completed with Woslee. New mock-up rooms are being introduced alongside ongoing refurbishments, highlighting the dedication to high-quality Bahamas construction.
